D2.7 Synthesis Report of WP 3,4,5

This Synthesis Report concerns the results of Work Packages 3, 4 and 5 and their integration into the Implementation Plan on Hydrogen. It consolidates the analytical, mapping, and stakeholder-oriented results generated across the project and ensures their structured integration into the Implementation Plan of the Implementation Working Group (IWG) on Hydrogen under the SET Plan.
