This report summarises the key contributions and outcomes of Work Package 5, which has focused on facilitating structured exchange, coordination and strategic alignment among Member States and stakeholders in support of the SET Plan Implementation Working Group (IWG) on Hydrogen. The activities were carried out during a period of significant transition, marked by the shift from the former Implementation Plan based SET Plan governance towards the new Common Implementation and Investment Plan (CIIP) framework.
